Youth at the Potter’s House

On Friday, January 3, 23 youth and adults gave up their Friday night to serve the evening meal at the Potter’s House Community Kitchen at the Greensboro Urban Ministry. Many youth families and other church members donated crock pots full of chili and stew, trays of baked potatoes, and boxes of fruit for the guests of the kitchen, who were looking to escape the wintry weather and warm themselves with a hot meal. A big “Thank you!” goes out to all those who contributed either food or their time (or both). It was a blessing to serve, and hopefully those we served were likewise blessed!
