Kids First

Kids First:

Kids First aims to address the problem of childhood hunger in communities. Kids First provides youth at risk of hunger with an evening meal, tutoring and enrichment activities three nights a week throughout the school year in a safe and nuturing environment.  In cooperation with Main St. United Methodist and Second Harvest, FBC sponsors Kid’s First on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 5:30-7:15pm.  There are currently 30 children in the program from grades K-5.  If you are interested in volunteering as a tutor, please contact the church office.
