For this year’s winter leadership retreat, called GIVEBACK, a few of the upper-classmen traveled to the NC High Country to fellowship and reflect on the Biblical model of leadership. Each student led his or her own brief Bible study, which touched on this theme. The students discussed how to “give back” their time, talents and treasure to benefit their youth group, their church and their community. In addition to in-depth Bible study, the students got to enjoy simply being together, having fun and expressing their appreciation for one another.
